I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room I stayed in was very small and not as clean as I would have liked, the much larger room on the top floor was exceptionally clean and relaxing. The service was decent, although the laundry service could be improved. The location was convenient, being right in front of the JR Kushiro Station and the Kushiro Bus terminal.
